Product delivery details
We want to deliver the products as quickly as possible for you to enjoy them, but not all of them are under the same roof. Therefore, depending on the place where they are found, the delivery terms are as follows:

If the product is foundin stock, the delivery process is a maximum of 5 working days. The stock availability of the products can be checked on the page of each product, by clicking on Check the stock in stores/Where it is in stock.
Orders can only be delivered on the territory of Romania.
Delivery of orders for newly launched products:the new Macbook, iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Plus, Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Ultra, Apple Watch SE and AirPods Pro (gen.2) may take up to 8-14 weeks.
Transport tax
We deliver free orders whose value exceeds 300 lei.
15 lei for orders whose value is below 300 lei.
Details about returning products
Free return 30 days and money back on the spot
Maybe the color doesn't suit you. Or you didn't choose the model you really need from the start. Or, who knows, you may have found something better. It doesn't matter what reason you have. You just know that our motto is that we want to make your life more beautiful and easier. So we offer you, through the Free 30 Day Return service, a term of 30 calendar days in which you can return what you bought from the IGadget Store. Regardless of whether you bought in a store or online, you have 30 days to change your mind.

What are the return conditions?
The 30-day free return service is available for both natural and legal customers. But only the holder of the invoice or fiscal receipt can initiate the return.
For purchases in the store, the return is accepted based on the invoice or tax receipt and proof of payment. For purchases on igasgetstore.ro, the return is accepted based on a return request associated with an order, directly to your account.
